DESCRIPTION OF TECHNIQUES
a) Wild Horse Parts Mane
Both feet stand shoulder width on north-east marker on the ground. Palms facing down; each hand holding a Small Chi Sphere as if pressing them onto the Kua Chi Ring.
Both hands as if holding a steering wheel, rotate it clockwise. Your left hand is on 9 o’clock and right hand on 3 o’clock. Rotate the wheel so that your left hand moves to 11 o’clock and your right hand to 5 o’clock.
Next imagine both hands will rotate vertically with the left hand rotating downwards while the right hand rotates upwards as if both hands are moving along the perimeter of an imaginary mid-sized Chi Sphere.
Note – the above two actions of rotating the wheel horizontally and the Chi Sphere vertically can be combined into one motion once you are familiar with the movements. The breakdown here makes it easier to learn and master, especially if you find yourself going off-balance when you do the body turning, followed by hands turning.
