I am now working fully from home thanks to COVID-19. As such, I have more flexibility with my time except when I have to go run work errands or visit customers.

If you have the interest to learn Wing Chun I offer informal training. Our learning method is by playing sticking hands and exploring the core concepts, strategies and techniques embedded in the forms.

Learn how to relax your hands to enhance their sensitivity, responsiveness and power generation capability in the manner of a snake coiling and uncoiling.

Understand the use of body angling which is the way of facing the opponent in the older styles of Wing Chun.

In addition, explore the use of techniques not just at the short range but also at the long range.

Finally, study the integration of empty hand movements to that of the butterfly knives; use the knives form to enhance your ability to move and generate power.
