A Trip to Ipoh

Tick tock, tick tock. Time always seem so short whenever I plan to go on a trip. There are always things to do at the last minute.

But finish I must whatever is outstanding though the reality is something always comes up all the time. However, at some time or another a stop must be put to it and things put aside for the journey.

It is a quarter past two in the morning now, eyes still wide awake finishing up the arrangements for a trip to Ipoh. I cannot but help think of Colin Hay, the singer of Men at Work singing Overkill, the music video of which I used to watch on MTV (yeah, it was that long ago) after getting home from working in a kitchen in the north of Sydney on weekends.

In a few short hours the sun will rise. Another work day ahead and then a trip from 2-5 Sep to Ipoh. If any readers in Malaysia have the interest to meet or learn Tai Chi drop me a line.
